I/We am/are aware that while using The Branson School's "sponsored" facilities certain dangers and risks may occur. These may include, but are not limited to, the hazards of play and play surfaces, or access to and from the facility. I/We accept all the above mentioned risks and will hold the Branson School and its staff members in charge, harmless from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts, claims, and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever in connection with the above named student's use if Branson School's "sponsored" facilities arranged by Branson school. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for all individuals using the Branson School's "sponsored" facilities. I/We consent to permit the above named student to participate in the Branson School Sports Camps. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals made three or more weeks before camps/classes open will receive a refund (less a $75 administrative fee). No refunds can be made after camps/classes open; however, If withdrawal is due to medical sickness or injury (supported by a physician's letter), fee reduction or credit may be possible.

The Branson School reserves the right to cancel a camp/class for any reason, including lack of enrollment. In such cases, a full refund will be made.
